HOST CHURCH APPLICATION REQUEST
Would you like Voices of Youth to sing at your church in a future year? Be a host church!
Being a host church involves:
- Completing the Host Church Application
- Designating a concert coordinator in your congregation
- Arranging for host families to house the Voices of Youth
- Advertising the concert to the community and other nearby churches
- Sharing what your church is doing in mission with the Voices of Youth (usually 20-40 minutes long before dinner)
- Providing a pre-concert dinner for the Voices of Youth (and congregation if desired)
- Hosting a concert in your sanctuary
In addition, some churches provide breakfast the following day; otherwise host families provide breakfast.

Since it is not possible for Voices of Youth to sing in every district every year, the host churches are selected on a rotating basis by district. Since planning for the next year starts as soon as the current tour ends, host churches should send their request in as early as possible (it’s never too early!). If your church is not selected for the upcoming tour, then your church will be at the top of the list for the following year.
If you are a member of the congregation, make sure your pastor, youth pastor, and choir director know that you would like Voices of Youth to give a concert at your church!
